Ingredients:
- 1/2 can (7.5 oz.) Juanita’s Queso Blanco Oaxaca Cheese Sauce
- 3 eggs
- 1 can (14 oz.) condensed milk
- 100 grams (3.5 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
- 1 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract
Step by step:
- Blend Juanita’s Queso Blanco Oaxaca cheese, condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, cream cheese and eggs, until you have a smooth mixture.
- In a flan mold, add one cup of sugar and heat until it turns into a golden caramel. Let it cool a little (not completely).
- Pour the blended mixture over the caramel.
- Cover the flan mold with aluminum foil and place the lid on.
- Place the flan mold in a bain-marie (water bath) for 40 minutes.
- Let cool completely and unmold.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
