Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Juanita’s Queso Blanco Spicy Poblano
- 4 poblano peppers, roasted and peeled
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon powder or salt to taste
- 1 cup pre-cooked corn kernels
- Vegetable Oil
- Corn tortillas
Step by step:
- Cut the roasted and peeled poblano peppers into strips.
- Slice the onion into strips.
- Mince the garlic clove.
- In a skillet with a little oil, add the diced onion and minced garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
- Add the poblano pepper strips and pre-cooked corn kernels to the skillet. Stir to blend the flavors.
