  1. Place a tortilla on a cutting board and generously spread Juanita’s Nacho Cheese Sauce. Add refried beans, Spanish rice, cooked ground beef, sweet corn, and Juanita’s Pico.
  2. Roll and fold inside to create a sealed burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortilla and ingredients.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the corn oil. Place the burritos in the pan seam side down and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat until golden brown. Flip and repeat until heated through.
  4. Cut each burrito in half and top with a dollop of sour cream. Variations: Use leftover chicken, sausage, or other protein in place of beef.
