Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 2 large tortillas
- 1/2 cup cooked ground beef
- 1/2 cup cooked Spanish rice
- 1/4 cup refried beans
- 2 tbsp sweet corn kernels
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp corn oil
- 2 tbsp Juanita’s Pico mixture (optional)
Step by Step:
- Place a tortilla on a cutting board and generously spread Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese sauce. Add refried beans, Spanish rice, cooked ground beef, sweet corn, and Juanita’s Pico.
- Roll and fold inside to create a sealed burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortilla and ingredients.
- In a large skillet, heat the corn oil. Place the burritos in the pan seam side down and cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat until golden brown. Flip and repeat until heated through.
- Cut each burrito in half and top with a dollop of sour cream. Variations: Use leftover chicken, sausage, or other protein in place of beef.
