Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 3 tbsp un-popped popcorn kernels
- 1.5 tbsp popcorn oil (such as soybean oil)
- 1.5 tbsp unsalted butter
- 2 tsp Southwestern seasoning blend
Step by step:
- Melt butter and cheese sauce in a nonstick sauté pan over medium heat.
- Heat popcorn and oil in a large frying pan with a lid over high heat, stirring constantly. Once 75% of the popcorn is popped, remove from heat and carefully add cheese sauce. Move back over heat and stir vigorously for about 20 seconds.
- Remove the lid and sprinkle the Southwest seasoning over the popcorn. Toss quickly.
