Delight in the flavors of Cheesy Nacho Poblano Fajitas, featuring the creamy spice of Juanita’s Queso Blanco Spicy Poblano. This dish combines seasoned chicken, colorful bell peppers, and a generous layer of cheese, all served over a crispy base of nachos for a perfect fusion of textures and tastes.
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Juanita’s Queso Blanco Spicy Poblano
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 boneless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 1 white onion, cut into squares
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into cubes
- 2-3 tablespoons of oil
- Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
Step by step:
- Season the chicken breast cubes with salt, garlic powder and pepper. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken until well done.
- Cut the onion and the bell peppers into cubes.
- In a larger pan, mix the cooked chicken with the onion and bell peppers. Sauté until the vegetables are tender.
- On a serving platter, create a base of tortilla chips. Generously add Juanita’s Queso Blanco Spicy Poblano over the tortilla chips. Add the chicken fajita mixture on top of that. Repeat this step to create another layer.
