Prepare yourself for a savory and spicy treat with our CARNE ASADA NACHOS! Made with your favorite tortilla chips, juicy carne asada, and Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce, these nachos are perfect for game day or a night in with friends. Top with diced tomatoes, southwest seasoning, BBQ sauce, and sour cream. Serve with Juanita’s Pico for a complete meal!
Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 bag of your favorite tortilla chips
- 2 cups cooked chopped Brisket
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- 2 tsp Sour Cream
- 1 tbsp Southwest Seasoning
- 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Pico Mixture (see separate recipe)
Step by step:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Heat Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese until creamy and smooth in a small saucepan.
- Cover a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Spread a layer of tortilla chips across the bottom. Generously pour Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese over the chips.
- Top with chopped brisket and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with southwest seasoning. Repeat for a second layer and bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sour cream before serving.
