Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 2 cups cooked, chopped brisket
- 3 slices bacon, diced small
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 2 flatbreads (naan bread)
- 1 tablespoon southwest seasoning
- 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
Step by step:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a small sauté pan, cook 3 diced small slices of bacon over medium heat. After about 4 minutes, add 1 sliced small onion. Cook for 8-10 minutes, until the onions are soft and have absorbed all the bacon fats.
- In a small saucepan, heat 1 can of Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese sauce until creamy and smooth.
- Generously spread the Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese sauce on each flatbread. Top each flatbread with 1 cup of cooked, chopped brisket. Add the bacon and onion mixture on top. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of Southwest seasoning on each flatbread. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce on top of each flatbread. Bake for about 10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. Serve with Juanita’s Pico (separate recipe) and sour cream for extra flavor and texture. Enjoy!
