Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can of Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 1 cup cooked shredded or diced chicken
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 (14.5 oz.) can of diced tomatoes
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Step by step:
- In a large sauce pot, sauté onion and garlic over medium heat with 1 tbsp. butter.
- Add Juanita’s Nacho Cheese and stir while cheese melts. Slowly stir in chicken broth and stir until well blended and smooth. Add diced tomatoes with juices, cumin, and chicken. Stir in cream until blended.
- Cover and reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.
