Ingredients:
- 1 (15 oz.) can Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce
- 4 Poblano Peppers or Anaheim Chilis
- 2 Chicken Breast Approx
- 1 tbsp Garlic Powder split in two
- 1/2 tsp Mexican Oregano
- 1/2 Medium Onion Diced
- 1 tbsp Onion Powder Split in two
- 1 Jalapeno Diced
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin
- 1 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Bunch minced cilantro Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 Green onion cut into small rounds
Step by step:
- Season and cook chicken, then shred.
- Mix shredded chicken with onion, jalapeno, garlic, cilantro, Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese sauce, and spices.
- Stuff peppers with chicken mixture and place in baking dish.
- Warm and pour remaining cheese sauce over peppers, bake at 400°F for 15 minutes. Garnish and serve with rice, beans or a small salad.
