• 1 15 oz can Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese sauce
• 3 tbsp un-popped popcorn kernels
• 1.5 tbsp popcorn oil (such as soybean oil)
• 1.5 tbsp unsalted butter
• 2 tsp Southwestern seasoning blend

STEP 1

Melt butter and cheese sauce in a nonstick sauté pan over medium heat.

STEP 2

Heat popcorn and oil in a large frying pan with a lid over high heat, stirring constantly. Once 75% of the popcorn is popped, remove from heat and carefully add cheese sauce. Move back over heat and stir vigorously for about 20 seconds.

STEP 3

Remove the lid and sprinkle the Southwest seasoning over the popcorn. Toss quickly.

STEP 4
