- 1 (15 oz.) can of Juanita’s Nacho Cheese
- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream or half and half
- Salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
In a saucepan over medium heat, add Juanita’s Nacho Cheese, chicken broth, and cream. Stir until well blended and smooth. Do not boil.
STEP 3
Layer half of the potatoes in a greased 2-quart shallow baking dish. Pour half of the cheese mixture over the potatoes. Add a second layer of potatoes and pour the remaining cheese mixture over the top. Optional: Sprinkle the top with bread crumbs.
STEP 4
Bake at 350°F for 45-50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
