Prepare yourself for a savory and spicy treat with our BRISKET NACHOS! Made with your favorite tortilla chips, juicy brisket, and Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce, these nachos are perfect for game day or a night in with friends. Top with diced tomatoes, southwest seasoning, BBQ sauce, and sour cream. Serve with Juanita’s Pico for a complete meal!

• 1 15 oz can Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese Sauce
• 1 bag of your favorite tortilla chips
• 2 cups cooked chopped Brisket
• ½ cup diced tomatoes
• 2 tsp Sour Cream
• 1 tbsp Southwest Seasoning
• 2 tbsp BBQ Sauce
• 1 cup Pico Mixture (see separate recipe)

STEP 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

STEP 2

Heat Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese until creamy and smooth in a small saucepan.

STEP 3

Cover a large cookie sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray. Spread a layer of tortilla chips across the bottom. Generously pour Juanita’s Hot & Spicy Nacho Cheese over the chips.

STEP 4

Top with chopped brisket and diced tomatoes. Sprinkle with southwest seasoning. Repeat for a second layer and bake for about 10 minutes until cheese is bubbly. Drizzle with BBQ sauce and sour cream before serving.
